These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kingofyurts.com and any purchase you make from King of Yurts.

Orders & payment

• A 25% deposit is required to secure production of your yurt.
• The remaining balance is due when your yurt is finished and photos & videos have been provided for approval, prior to shipping.
• Third-party inspection prior to final payment may be arranged at the buyer’s cost.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. USD estimates are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuation.

Production & shipping

• Production typically takes 20–30 days.
• Shipping typically takes 7–9 weeks.
• Total lead time is approximately 11–13 weeks from deposit to delivery.
• Delivery timelines can be affected by customs, shipping carriers, and weather.

Warranty

• Wooden frame: 8 years from date of delivery.
• Outside cover: 5 years from date of delivery.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, extreme weather beyond rated limits, or normal wear and tear.

Lifetime at-cost materials

Original purchasers receive lifetime access to replacement materials, upgrades, and accessories at our manufacturer cost (0% profit). This benefit is non-transferable except by written notice to us.

Installation & site preparation

Buyer is responsible for providing an appropriate platform and site. Anchoring to the platform is required and is critical in high-wind environments. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper site preparation or installation.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, the 25% deposit may be non-refundable at our discretion, depending on materials already committed.
